This terms of use agreement ("Terms and Conditions") applies to be part of and make use of this website. The institution responsible for this website reserves the right to change, add or remove parts of this terms of use agreement, at any time. The BBPLUS SPA website makes economic, financial and educational content related to the management of investment funds available to the public, through the use of technological tools associated with the platform of different providers and their various applications.

The user agrees to the responsible use of the website and its contents. The contents and documents that the site makes available to the user have been duly reviewed and processed, in order to keep them free of viruses or any technological element that may be harmful, while they are available on the portal. For this reason, the institution will not be responsible for damages or alterations that may occur in the manipulation or treatment after its discharge that the users carry out.

 

REGISTRY

 

To fully use all the services of the site it may be necessary to register and provide certain personal information that will serve to respond and provide a better service. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the user agrees to provide the data for registration and the necessary updates to keep said registration updated. The institution will use the registration data in accordance with the current legal provisions contained in Law No. 19,628 and its amendments.

USE OF THE SERVICE

 

Types of Contents:

• Intellectual works and productions that are part of the common cultural heritage and that have been reproduced and published without authorization.

• Intellectual works and productions with current rights. These may be self-made, created directly by the administrators or operators contracted for this purpose by BBPLUS and which are protected by intellectual property laws. Also, intellectual works and productions may be the creations of third parties, for whose reproduction and exclusive publication on this website, there is the authorization of the rights holders. Any other use that is desired by the users of the site, that exceeds the limits allowed by the respective authorizations, must be requested directly from the corresponding owner of the rights.

 

Rules of Access and Use of Contents:

 

BBPLUS SPA can only grant authorizations for use regarding its own content. The remaining content is made available to participate in a community based on interest, creation and dissemination of culture and heritage. The various modifications that Law No. 17,336 on Intellectual Property has undergone and the specific characteristics of the material with respect to which a specific use is to be made, can sometimes make it difficult to determine with certainty whether the work or document is still protected or is for its free use (common cultural heritage). Therefore, it is the responsibility of those who wish to reproduce or use the materials published here, understand the condition in which they are found, how they can be used and, if appropriate, obtain the corresponding authorizations for their subsequent use.

 

The user, in the exercise of the constitutional right to freedom of opinion and creation, may comment and make their opinions available to other visitors to the portal. Without prejudice to this, this freedom does not authorize so that, by virtue of its exercise, other fundamental rights and public liberties of third parties, equally recognized and guaranteed in the Constitution, may be violated.

The user will not delete or manipulate the information on management of copyright or related rights, any data or symbols associated with internationally accepted conventional terms ("copyright", "producer rights", "all rights reserved", "some rights reserved ", etc.) and other data identifying the rights of intellectual creations available on the websites of the institutions linked to DIBAM.

PROMOTIONS AND ADVERTISING

The user understands and accepts that the cancellation of their account and access to the service is their only right with respect to any dispute with BBPLUS SPA.
